We're a small operation. Two saunas, a cool-down room, a tiny café. Sessions are first-come-first-served on weekdays; weekends fill up by midday, so call ahead if you'd like a guaranteed seat.

We don't take tips. We do appreciate kind reviews from people who enjoyed their evening.
We're at the quiet end of an old harbour street, a five-minute walk from the nearest tram stop. Look for the dark wooden door with a small brass plate — there's no neon sign and we like it that way.
Address. Rantakatu 14, lower floor, by the side gate. Use the buzzer marked "B&S".
By tram. Lines 4 and 7, stop "Vanha satama". Walk west along the water for two minutes.
By car. Limited street parking on Rantakatu and Aallonkatu. The public car park at Satamatori (€3 for 3 hours) is a five-minute walk.
By bicycle. Racks immediately outside the side gate, under the canopy. Unlocked bikes have a way of disappearing — bring a lock.
Most weekday evenings, you can simply walk in. Saturdays and the Friday evening rush are the exceptions: we'd recommend calling ahead by lunchtime if you'd like a guaranteed slot. We don't have an online booking system — we used to, and our regulars asked us to take it down.
Group bookings (six or more) need at least 48 hours' notice. We'll happily reserve one of the two saunas for a private session in the late evening.
The desk picks up during opening hours. Outside opening hours, leave a message and we'll call back the next day we're open.

Of course. Mention it when you arrive — we'll give them the short orientation. The single-session ticket covers them.
Both. Lockers are coin-operated (€1 deposit, returned). Showers have soap dispensers; bring your own if you prefer something specific.
The café in the cool-down room serves hot drinks, cold drinks, fresh fruit, and one or two pastries baked locally. Nothing more elaborate. There are several proper restaurants within five minutes' walk if you're hungry afterward.
Yes — birthdays, work team evenings, family gatherings. We do quiet events, not loud ones. Talk to the desk; we'll work out a quiet evening slot.
